Lisa Marie Presley was the only child of rock ‘n roll legend Elvis. She has passed away at 54.
“It is with a heavy soul that I must share that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has died,” Priscilla presley stated.
Lisa Marie, a singer, was also rushed to the hospital on Thursday. According to the US media, she had suffered cardiac arrest.
Sources told US outlet TMZ that she was unresponsive at her Calabasas home.
“She was the most passionate and strong woman I’ve ever known,” Priscilla stated in a statement.
“We request privacy to help us deal with this deep loss.”
“I will miss you, but I know that I’ll see again. My heartfelt condolences to Riley, Priscilla and Harper.
She added, “So beautiful and only 54-years old; I can’t,”
She continued, “Your beauty and kindness shined so bright.” “We will never forget about you.”

Variety, a US-based news source, reports that Presley was taken to the hospital on Thursday morning. She had suffered cardiac arrest at Calabasas, California home. This happened only two days after her mother Priscilla Presley went to the Golden Globes. After giving her CPR, paramedics took Presley to the hospital.
According to TMZ, Presley’s ex-husband Danny Keough performed CPR before the paramedics arrived.
