resourceclips.com is published by ResourceClips Media (“we”, “us”).
This policy explains what happens to information about you when you visit resourceclips.com. In short: there are no user accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies, and the only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us.
Analytics
We count visits with Umami, which does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not follow you across other websites. It records page views in aggregate, such as the page visited, the referring site and the country, browser and device type.
Forms and email
If you use the Write for Us or Challenge a Record forms, or email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to review your proposal or challenge and to reply. We do not sell or share it, and we delete it on request.
Newsletter waiting list
If you join the newsletter waiting list and tick the box to receive it, we keep your email address, the wording you agreed to, the page where you signed up, your country as reported by our network provider and the date. We store it on our own server, use it only to tell you when the newsletter starts and never sell or share it. When the newsletter launches it may be sent through an email service provider, and every email will let you unsubscribe. You can ask us to remove your address at any time.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to consent to. Websites we link to may set their own cookies under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted by writing to [email protected]. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and California have these rights under their local laws and may also complain to their data protection authority.
