Trevali reports Peru Silver Assays as high as 94.9 g/t over 11.25m

March 16th, 2011

Trevali Resources Corp TSX:TV announced assays from the Santander Pipe of the Santander Mine Project in Peru. Results include 20.4 g/t silver over 132.3 metres (including 94.9 g/t over 11.3 metres, 13.6 g/t over 9.5 metres, 28 g/t over 28.8 metres and 20.9 g/t over 7.5 metres).

President/CEO Mark Cruise remarked, “These results are an excellent start to the 2011 drill program and provide strong support of the company’s aims of adding significant additional tonnage at Santander in order to potentially expand production from 2,000 to 4,000 tonnes per day following commissioning of the operation later this year. Given the team’s track-record to date – five targets drilled and five mineralized bodies delivered – I am very confident that ongoing drilling will continue to create shareholder value by rapidly adding more base and precious metal to Santander’s open ended resource inventory.”
