Orsu reports Kazakhstan Assays up to 4.99% Copper, 0.39 g/t Gold over 8.6m

Orsu Metals Corporation TSX:OSU announced assay results from its Karchiga Copper Deposit in Kazakhstan. Highlights include 5.95% copper over 0.9 metres, 8.48% copper and 0.96 g/t gold over 0.4 metres, 1.4% copper over 7.6 metres, 2.06% copper over 5.9 metres, 3.28% copper over 8.5 metres, 2.55% copper and 0.61 g/t gold over 15.7 metres, 2.1% copper and 0.61 g/t gold over 13.2 metres, 2.45% copper over 5.6 metres, 6.18% copper and 0.96 g/t gold over 0.5 metres, 2.34% copper over 4.9 metres, 5.43% copper over 4.1 metres, and 2.44% copper over 6.5 metres.

COO/Director of Exploration Alexander Yakubchuk said, “We are pleased to receive such excellent results from our 2010 infill drilling programme. Modelling of the data received is currently underway and we expect to have an updated and upgraded NI 43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate completed in Q1 2011. We also expect to receive the results of the ongoing comprehensive metallurgical study in Q1 2011. These studies will form a solid basis for the ongoing work program to deliver the definitive feasibility study for Karchiga by Q4 2011.”
