International Minerals reports Nevada Results as high as 6.8 g/t Gold over 39.6m

6.8 g/t gold over 39.6 metres
2.6 g/t over 67.1 metres
2.1 g/t over 38.1 metres
3.1 g/t over 24.4 metres
1.7 g/t over 44.2 metres
2.7 g/t over 25.9 metres
1.2 g/t over 50.3 metres
3.1 g/t over 12.2 metres

The project’s Gemfield and McMahon Ridge deposits have a resource estimate of 22.7 million tonnes grading 1.1 g/t for 826,000 gold ounces measured and indicated and 1.1 million tonnes grading 0.7 g/t for 25,000 gold ounces inferred using a 0.34 g/t cutoff. The project’s Goldfield Main Deposit has a resource estimate of 8.5 million tonnes grading 1.5 g/t for 421,000 gold ounces measured and indicated and 6.6 million tonnes grading 1.7 g/t for 360,000 gold ounces inferred using a 0.4 g/t cutoff.

0.7 g/t gold over 328 metres
(including 1.1 g/t over 17 metres)
0.9 g/t over 149 metres
(including 1.5 g/t over 31 metres)
15.8 g/t over 3 metres
0.6 g/t over 43 metres
1.8 g/t over 12 metres
1.3 g/t over 15 metres
1 g/t over 17 metres

Using a 0.27 g/t cutoff, the project has an August 2011 resource estimate of 225 million tonnes grading 0.49 g/t for 3.52 million ounces gold measured, 106 million tonnes grading 0.48 g/t for 1.63 million ounces indicated and 32 million tonnes grading 0.44 g/t for 0.44 million ounces inferred. The company anticipates completing a preliminary economic assessment in December to evaluate the viability of an open-pit, heap-leach processing operation.

Int’l Minerals reports Nevada Assays up to 2.4 g/t over 39.6m

International Minerals Corporation TMX:IMZ announced assays from the Goldfield Main Deposit of its Goldfield Gold Project in central Nevada. Highlights include 3.4 g/t gold over 4.3 metres, 4.4 g/t over 2.7 metres, 2.2 g/t over 6.1 metres, 1.3 g/t over 32 metres, 8.4 g/t over 6.1 metres, 4.2 g/t over 18.3 metres and 2.4 g/t over 39.6 metres.

Int’l Minerals also announced an updated mineral resource estimate of 421,000 ounces gold indicated at a 0.4 g/t cut-off grade, 360,000 ounces gold inferred.
