The Company's properties are located in Canada in the Appalachian region of the province of Quebec. The properties benefit from extensive historical exploration work and from well-established infrastructure thereby helping to reduce exploration risks.

Mr Tourillon is also Executive Vice President, CFO & Director of Afri-Can Marine Minerals (TSX-V: AFA).

Patrick Levasseur
President, COO

10 years experience as an Investment Executive with various Canadian Securities firms. Previously, Mr Levasseur work as a Sales Executive and Director of Sales for major hotels. During which he was Founder and President of the Quebec Hotel Sales & Marketing Association. Other notable accomplishments was to help in the expansion of the family business of retail Bridal Centers, founding and then selling a POS Technology company and for the last 3 years, a personal interest in geology and prospecting lead to the creation of Ice Age Gold Corporation.

Noel Drapeau
Lawyer, Corporate Secretary

31 years of experience in commercial law. Certified ITIL, Ms Drapeau performs project management in best business practices development and implementation in competitiveness and regulated activity sectors. She has achieved various business processes development, implementation, management and optimization projects in investment products, financial institutions and telecommunications sectors.

Vivian Stuart-Williams
Exploration Manager

35 years of practical experience in exploration, with a specialization in uranium exploration. Started his career with JCI of South Africa, a large mining conglomerate, and worked during many years in Namibia. For the last 8 years, he worked as an independent consultant, involved with public companies listed in Australia, the UK and Canada, and he also worked on different mandates for the EU. Member of: South African Council for Natural Scientists (SACNASP) South African Geological Society (SAGS) Registered European Union Geological Consultant.

Francois Rivard
Accounting

20 years experience working in finance and accounting for publicly traded companies.
