Company Overview

Bravura Ventures Corp. is a Canadian-based mining exploration company dedicated to exploring for and investing in precious and base metals projects in mining friendly jurisdictions. The Company's mandate is to increase shareholder value through astute property acquisitions and exploration programs. The Company's primary objective is the discovery of a major mineral deposit through carefully planned and aggressive exploration programs. Bravura is currently focused on the development of the Greenhorn Property located in the Slocan Mining Division in southeastern British Columbia. Bravura's management team and board of directors have a solid industry track record that understands the mining industry and the importance of corporate governance.


Management

Ernesto Duran
President, CEO

Mr. Duran has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting (1979) from the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (Mexico) and until recently served as an independent financial, tax and management consultant. From 1992 to 2008, Mr. Duran served as the corporate controller and as an officer of Grupo Mexico. From 1983 to 1992, he was controller of Mexicana de Cobre. For the period between 1999 and 2008, he also served as a controller for Americas Mining Corporation and Asarco and from 1999 to 2000 as vice-president for Southern Peru Copper Corporation, which was majority owned by Grupo Mexico.

Brook Bellian
Vice President, Corporate Communications

Mr. Bellian has been a director and executive officer of Bravura since its incorporation on August 6, 2010. Mr. Bellian has been a public relations consultant to public companies since 1999. He has extensive experience with public company financing and marketing and has a wide range of contacts within the financial and investor community.

Jerry A. Minni
CFO

Mr. Minni is a Certified General Accountant with over 30 years experience and has an extensive knowledge of the regulatory filing processes within Canada. He is currently the CEO and founder of MCorp Investment Group, a privately held British Columbia investment firm, which specializes in real estate investment, business development and accounting. Mr. Minni has been and remains a director and officer of several public companies involved in the mineral resource sector.

Quinn P. Field-Dyte
Corporate Secretary

Mr. Field-Dyte has over eight years experience in the financial services industry having served from 1996 to 2004 as an Investment Advisor and later as a consultant to Raytec Development Corp. From 2004 to 2010 he was involved in the interactive entertainment industry working at Electronic Arts Inc. (EA Games) and co-founding Embassy Interactive Games before returning to the financial industry in 2010.

Hector Garcia de Quevedo
Advisor to the Board

Mr. Garcia de Quevedo obtained his CPA from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 1975. From 1994 to 2004 he was Managing Director and a board member for Grupo Mexico and all its national and international subsidiaries. Grupo Mexico is the largest mining corporation in Mexico and the third largest copper producer in the world, with over $8 billion in annual sales. Before being Managing Director, in 1980 he was appointed Financial Coordinator of Grupo Mexico and special Advisor to the Chairman and the Executive President.
