Kilo reports Democratic Republic of Congo Results of 3.09 g/t Gold over 33.7m

3.09 g/t gold over 33.7 metres
3.31 g/t over 30.5 metres
1.93 g/t over 31 metres
2.02 g/t over 27.4 metres
5.2 g/t over 8.6 metres
1.21 g/t over 32.9 metres
2.73 g/t over 9.3 metres
4.29 /t over 5.8 metres

Kilo owns a 71.25% interest in the DRC entity that holds the Somituri Project exploitation permits. The project’s Adumbi Deposit has a March 2011 resource estimate. Using a 0.5 g/t cutoff, the estimate shows 46.31 million tonnes grading 1.37 g/t for 2.03 million gold ounces inferred. Using a 1 g/t cutoff the estimate shows 27.34 million tonnes grading 1.8 g/t for 1.58 million gold ounces inferred.

President/CEO Alex van Hoeken stated, “The results obtained so far from the drilling on the Adumbi Gold Deposit further demonstrate both along-strike and vertical continuation of gold mineralization, which will in due course enable further modeling of the geological model for the deposit with the objective of delineating a higher-grade resource.”
