CMQ, Miranda report Nevada Gold Results as high as 5.25 g/t over 36.3m

5.25 g/t gold over 36.3 metres
(including 9.64 g/t over 11.9 metres)
7.03 g/t over 6.1 metres
3.93 g/t over 9.1 metres
2.95 g/t over 6.1 metres
1.7 g/t over 6.1 metres

Montezuma Mines Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of CMQ, is exploring the project under an “exploration with option to form joint venture agreement” with Miranda. Under the terms of the 2008 agreement, Montezuma may earn a 60% interest by funding $4 million over five years. Montezuma may earn an additional 10% by completing a feasibility study or by funding $10 million in additional exploration. The first year’s commitment of $500,000 is an obligation.
