Houston Lake Mining Inc TSXV:HLM announced assays from its McLennan and Cedartree properties in northwestern Ontario. Highlights include 1.41 g/t gold over 38.7 metres, 3.1 g/t over 11.9 metres (including 13.98 g/t over 1.2 metres), 2.1 g/t over 4.5 metres (including 5.08 g/t over 0.9 metres), 0.69 g/t over 24 metres (including 1.33 g/t over 5 metres), 1.57 g/t over 2.2 metres and 3.58 g/t over 1.5 metres.

President Trevor Walker remarked, “We are very pleased with the near surface drill results from these holes. We continue to be surprised with drilling on the Robertson Gold Zone as we have encountered several siliceous zones as well as a pyritic and fuchsitic felsic porphyry from multiple holes where intercepts measured from 2 to 20 metres in length. We are currently in planning stages to extend our grids and expand our geophysical coverage of our target areas in the very near future to aid our exploration effort on this zone.”
