Luna reports Brazil Gold Assays up to 1.18 g/t over 81.5m

Luna Gold Corp TSXV:LGC announced assays from its Boa Esperança Exploration Target, one kilometre southeast of the Piabla Deposit of the Aurizona Main Project in Brazil. Highlights include 1.18 g/t gold over 81.5 metres (including 9.15 g/t over 2 metres and 3.15 g/t over 5.1 metres) and 1.15 g/t over 65.8 metres (including 3.07 g/t over 2 metres and 3.3 g/t over 3.9 metres).

President/CEO John Blake said, “Luna Gold is pleased with the results at Boa Esperança which is now a drill-ready target with high potential to increase the Aurizona resource. The results validate our exploration team’s methodology and strategy to build on the company’s resource base. Boa Esperança is one of ten potential satellite deposits identified as high priority resource definition targets, located close to the Aurizona processing plant.”
