Osisko, Clifton Star report Quebec Gold Assays up to 2.18 g/t over 60m

Osisko Mining Corporation TSX:OSK in joint venture with Clifton Star Resources TSXV:CFO announced results from the Duparquet Project in the Abitibi Region of Quebec. Assays include 1.05 g/t gold over 23.1 metres, 1.19 g/t over 46.5 metres, 14.9 g/t over 1.5 metres, 1.79 g/t over 22.5 metres, 1.49 g/t over 28.7 metres, 1.62 g/t over 16.8 metres, 9.57 g/t over 7.5 metres (including 34.9 g/t over 1.5 metres), 2.13 g/t over 15.2 metres, 2.58 g/t over 24 metres, 1.3 g/t over 37.5 metres, 2.18 g/t over 60 metres and 162 g/t over 3.4 metres.

Osisko has the right to acquire a 50% interest in the Duparquet project by incurring total exploration expenditures of $70 million over three years, and extending loans—of $8.5 million for 24 months and $22.5 million for 36 months—to Clifton to fund option payments on the property.
