Osisko reports Quebec Gold Assays up to 3.19 g/t over 142.6m

Osisko Mining Corporation OSK:CA announced assay results from the Barnat Extension of its Malartic Gold Property in Quebec. Highlights include 3.63 g/t gold over 28.5 metres (including 19.35 g/t over 1.5 metres), 1.42 g/t over 110.5 metres, 1.25 g/t over 65 metres, 1.02 g/t over 57.7 metres, 1.52 g/t over 70 metres, 1.69 g/t over 93 metres, 2.78 g/t over 121.2 metres (including 71.3 g/t over 1.5 metres), 1.29 g/t over 125 metres, 3.19 g/t over 142.6 metres, 1.4 g/t over 142.7 metres and 1.07 g/t over 118.1 metres.

The Canadian Malartic Gold Property has an indicated mineral resource estimate of 2.23 million ounces gold and 470,000 ounces inferred. Osisko’s Malartic properties had underground production from 1935 to 1983 over 5 million ounces gold from four mines (Canadian Malartic, Barnat, Sladen and East Malartic).
