Volta reports Burkina Faso Gold Assays as high as 1.07 g/t over 296m

Volta Resources Inc VTR:CA announced assays from the Central Area of its Kiaka Gold Project in Burkina Faso, West Africa. Results include 1.02 g/t gold over 193 metres, 2.11 g/t over 51 metres, 1.39 g/t over 40.3 metres (including 4.59 g/t over 7 metres), 1.25 g/t over 49.9 metres (including 6.12 g/t over 6 metres), 1.08 g/t over 166.1 metres, 1.07 g/t over 296 metres and 1.24 g/t over 151 metres.

CEO Kevin Bullock commented, “Our infill drilling program continues to demonstrate outstanding widths. These results, especially the ones beneath 200 metres will have a positive impact on our forthcoming resource update. Hole KDH164 is our longest intersection to date at Kiaka.”
