Queenston reports Ontario Gold Assays up to 5 g/t over 21.3m

Queenston Mining Inc QMI:CA announced assays from its Bidgood Property in Lebel Township, Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Highlights include 5 g/t gold over 21.3 metres, 4.4 g/t over 18.7 metres (including 74.6 g/t over 0.6 metres), 2.2 g/t over 33 metres, 1.6 g/t over 64.3 metres, 1.5 g/t over 40.8 metres, 1.8 g/t over 36.5 metres, 0.8 g/t over 72.8 metres, 80.3 g/t over 0.9 metres and 23.1 g/t over 0.9 metres.

President/CEO Charles Page commented, “The new drilling results strongly demonstrate the continuity and consistency of the multiple gold zones within and beyond the limits of the previous mine workings. The structural corridor that hosts the mine sequence remains open and drilling will begin to step out to the east and west. The Bidgood property has the potential to provide an additional source of feed towards the company’s strategy to establish a central milling facility in Gauthier Township and process material from the 100% owned Upper Beaver, Upper Canada, McBean and Anoki gold deposits. An initial NI 43-101 mineral resource has been commissioned on the Bidgood property targeting the South Zones and Boundary Zone.”
