Eastmain reports Quebec Gold Assays up to 16.32 g/t over 5.5m

Eastmain Resources Inc ER:CA announced assay results from its Eastmain Mine Property in James Bay, Quebec. Highlights include 12.16 g/t gold over 9.5 metres, 18.75 g/t over 2 metres, 16.27 g/t over 1.5 metres, 16.32 g/t over 5.5 metres (including 25.16 g/t over 3.5 metres), 7.51 g/t over 7.8 metres and 16.8 g/t over 0.5 metres.

President/CEO Donald Robinson said, “The corporation owns two high-grade gold deposits within the James Bay district of Quebec, one of the most favourable mining districts in the world. The Eastmain Mine project is an excellent high-grade, polymetallic gold deposit with multi-million ounce gold potential. Our strategy is to expand the known gold resources through drilling and continue searching for another discovery along the mine trend.”
