Callinan reports Manitoba Gold Assays up to 3.65 g/t over 13.7m

Callinan Mines Limited CAA:CA announced results from its Gossan Hill Gold Property in Manitoba. Assays include 1.96 g/t gold over 20.3 metres (including 10.7 g/t over 0.9 metres), 3.04 g/t over 16.2 metres (including 13.77 g/t over 1.2 metres), 3.65 g/t over 13.7 metres (including 7.92 g/t over 2.9 metres) and 1.54 g/t over 8.9 metres.

President/CEO Mike Muzylowski said, “We are excited about the initial results of the program. Our drilling program was designed to test the continuity and characterization of gold mineralization at the Gossan showing with a series of tightly spaced drill-holes. These assays show that the gold bearing structure is wide enough to warrant further testing. We are very pleased with these results, and expect to continue extending the horizon with further drilling.”
