Excellon reports Mexico Silver Assays up to 818 g/t over 8.4m

Excellon Resources Inc EXN:CA announced assay results of its Platosa Project in Durango State, Mexico. Highlights include 1,064 g/t silver over 1.9 metres, 818 g/t over 8.42 metres, 1,243 g/t over 0.91 metres, 1,606 g/t over 1.4 metres, 415 g/t over 3.2 metres, 429 g/t over 1.1 metres and 446 g/t over 4 metres.

VP Exploration John Sullivan said, “We are very encouraged to cut such significant massive sulphide intersections in several areas, particularly northeast of the Rodilla Manto. While we have now begun drill testing our exciting 3D IP anomalies we intend to return to these new massive sulphides after thoroughly assessing their significance and the possibility that we may have encountered a new manto in this area.”
