Queenston reports Ontario Assays as high as 16.4 g/t Gold over 8.5m

Queenston Mining Inc QMI:CA announced assay results from its Upper Beaver Property in Kirkland Lake, Ontario. Highlights include 16.4 g/t gold over 8.5 metres, 14.6 g/t over 4.7 metres, 9.4 g/t over 5.5 metres, 9.6 g/t over 3 metres, 6.5 g/t over 6.2 metres and 12.6 g/t over 1 metre. The Upper Beaver Deposit has a mineral resource estimate of 375,000 ounces gold indicated and 262,800 ounces gold inferred.

President/CEO Charles Page commented, “The deep drilling at Upper Beaver continues to encounter impressive mineralization in both the eastern and western portions of the deposit. The Porphyry Zone has now been extended to a depth of 1300 metres below surface where it continues to remain open. Three drills continue to operate at Upper Beaver as the Company prepares for an updated mineral resource to be completed in the first quarter in 2011.”
