Keegan reports Ghana Gold Assays including 5.42 g/t over 16m

Keegan Resources Inc KGN:CA announced assay results from its Esaase Gold Project in southwest Ghana. Highlights include 1.7 g/t gold over 15.2 metres (including 18.1 g/t over 1.1 metres), 0.78 g/t over 100 metres (including 23.7 g/t over 1 metre), 1.54 g/t over 40.1 metres (including 15.95 g/t over 1 metre) and 5.42 g/t over 16 metres (including 51.1 g/t over 1 metre).

President/CEO Maurice Tagami commented, “These additional new assay results continue to demonstrate that higher grade mineralization is occurring in a wider area than previously delineated. These encouraging results will be utilized in our next Esaase resource estimate.”
