Belo Sun Mining reports Brazil Gold Assays up to 3.05 g/t over 31.9m

Belo Sun Mining Corp BSX:CA announced results from its Volta Grande Gold Project in Para State, Brazil. Assay highlights include 1 g/t gold over 25.77 metres, 2.75 g/t over 15 metres (including 5.38 g/t over 5.9 metres), 3.05 g/t over 31.9 metres (including 5.13 g/t over 14.05 metres) and 4.16 g/t over 9 metres.

President/CEO Mark Eaton told ResourceClips.com, “We released the NI 43-101 on the Ouro Verde section about two weeks ago, and now we’re basically upgrading the Volta Grande resource, improving the size and grade of it. Volta Grande is one kilometre from the heart of Grota Seca. The headline hole for this news release is in the far east of the Groto Seca deposit, and it was an area that wasn’t very heavily drilled. We’re very happy with the assay results, and they will help towards our new resource that we’re going to put out for Grota Seca at the end of the year.”
