Riverstone reports Burkina Faso Gold Assays including 15 g/t over 6m

Riverstone Resources Inc RVS:CA reported results from the Goulagou I deposit at its Karma Project, Burkina Faso, West Africa. Assays include 1.47 g/t gold over 8 metres, 15.17 g/t over 6 metres (including 44.8 g/t over 2 metres) and 1.34 g/t over 4 metres. The Karma Project, including three other deposits, has an NI 43-101 resource of 820,000 ounces indicated and 322,300 ounces inferred.

President/CEO M.D. McInnis commented, “We are very pleased with the results of our Q3 drilling program at Goulagou I. We have discovered a new high-grade gold zone that is open for expansion and we are confident that the resource in Goulagou I has increased substantially since the last resource estimate was done in May 2009.”
